About Us

In the United States of America everyone has the right to express themselves and respectfully talk about and write the truths of what is on their mind. We also have the right to share our experiences and voice our opinions. Even prisoners!  Someone once said prisoners are “often talked about but rarely heard”.  We are Doing The Work and our part to change that.

Whether you are a prisoner on the “inside” or “out” (yes, there are people on the outside in more of a prison than those in cages on the inside, or you could be an ex-convict) you can express yourself by publishing on this platform to be heard by anyone looking for an unusual level of honesty and direct cold hard truth.

Visitors to this platform will discover this plain and simple fact; life inside any prison is something you can never fully grasp unless you are, have been, or are a loved one of someone on the inside. The general consensus of this group of people is that they have pled to, or been found guilty of a crime and deserve to be there. As true as that consensus may be in many cases, these people (most of them) will be coming home someday to interact with the rest of society either directly or indirectly. Many are sincere about changing their lives for the better.

You just may find more depth, honesty and willingness to change from this group than you ever imagined. Definitely more than popular belief. Keep an open mind.  Hear their heartfelt words. Then reflect honestly.

Read and share their stories for awareness, or to deter someone you know from becoming a prisoner themselves. By reading and sharing their stories you support their efforts for change.

Any feedback you give about these stories, know that your words will have a greater impact on this group than any other group of people you could possibly imagine. We encourage your honest response and please do not worry unreasonably about hurting feelings, without some pain there is no change.

Supporting Donors

There’s a better name for this group than “supporting donors”. Genuine Angels. They keep the voices alive to be heard by the world. That is not overstated. That includes the wonderful and kind volunteers that contribute their time to enabling this voice for the less-often heard. There’s always an expense to keep any well-intended website up and running—and minimal basic operating funds is always one of them.

Please Donate. Keep These Voices From Being Silenced.
