Your Honor… I Felt Compelled To Honestly Evaluate Your Judgment Entry Denying My Motion

Your Honor,
I received your Judgment Entry, dated April 17th 2023, denying my motion for Judicial Release along with your detailed response in addressing your concerns.
I received it on Friday 4/21/2023 and I’ve spent this entire weekend contemplating your response. I wanted to let you know how grateful I am for the time you’ve taken to openly address those concerns.
I do understand that my past actions have a profound impact on my future and I’ve embraced that reality. There’ll be many opportunities in the future impacted by my past–after my release–as well.
You’re giving me an opportunity to learn how to deal with and address those issues moving forward. I won’t give up or get discouraged in trying to accomplish that very thing. I’ll stay the course in continuing to live my life the right way and achieving my goals.
You’ve given me more consideration than I expected and I truly respect that fact, your position as the Judge, and the human factor you’ve displayed by reviewing all the material I presented in support of my motion.
Thank you very much Judge Schuck and I just wanted you to know that I was grateful for the opportunity and consideration you’ve given me.
